The Chamber of Commerce for Industry, Small Business and Agriculture of Cuneo, with a view towards recognising those who have continuously contributed to the growth of the local economy, announced a contest for the Loyalty at Work and Economic Progress Award.
Golden Cup-Author's Cheeses
The "Golden Cup-Author's Cheeses- The best cheese in Italy" contest. The eligible cheeses were presented in numerous categories, depending on the origin of the milk (species), production technology and degree of ripening.
Caseificio Sepertino won with its "Stravej" cheese in the hard Cheeses category.
2010
Rome Award
The contest has undoubtedly become a point of reference not only for companies throughout Rome, but also those throughout the region of Lazio and the entire country, submitting their products of excellence for judgement by a strict Jury composed of 12 professional tasters from ONAF, ANFOSC and the Chemical-Commodities Laboratory of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, based on a rigorous set of organoleptic and sensory requirements

Caseificio Sepertino was awarded multiple prizes: 2nd in the "semi-hard cheeses" category with its Bra tenero, 2nd in the "hard cheeses" category with its Bra duro Dop, 2nd in the "semi-soft cheeses" category with its Sola Piemunteisa, 3rd in the "hard cheeses" category with its Nostral Vej.
