Toma Piemontese DOP is a full-cream cow's milk cheese. It can be produced in a small version (with forms from 2-3 kg and ripened for a minimum of 15 days), and large version (with forms from 6-7 kg and ripened for 60 days, depending on the production discipline). The cheese is compact and elastic, with fine, unevenly distributed holes. The colour varies from white to straw-yellow depending on the length of ripening. It is a cheese perfect to be enjoyed at the end of a meal, excellent when paired with honey.

RIPENING: minimum 60 days for large/15 days for small.
