Produced exclusively using local goat's milk, Testun is a semi-hard cheese, with full-cream pasteurized milk. Its off-whitish colour and almost complete absence of holes represent two of its unmistakeable properties. Goat's milk Testun is excellent as an aperitif, thanks to its strong and enjoyable flavour.
