FIORETTO is a semi-ripened Pecorino cheese produced with Sardinian sheep's milk. The cheese is white, slightly straw-yellow coloured. It is highly appreciated thanks to its typically strong aromatic, unsalted yet flavoursome properties; perfect as a table cheese, or in the first months of ripening, cooked on the grill.

 

BARBAGIA is a soft, white coloured sweet Pecorino cheese. It has a sweet, delicate flavour, with slight wild herb aromas. Excellent with pears and white grapes, or with carasau bread, in between and during meals. Its name recalls the Sardinian hinterland from where the milk used to produce it originates. It is a particularly appreciated cheese, available in various vacuum formats.

 

Pecorini Sepi

OVILE is a ripened cheese produced using full-cream sheep's milk. The cheese is hard, white or light yellow and without any holes, the flavour is more or less spicy depending on the level of ripening. An excellent table cheese during its first months of ripening, whilst after five months it is perfect for grating on top of first courses.
