Product obtained exclusively from "Piedmont Hazelnut".
The inspiration for Nocciolait was taken from the combination of two delicious products from the Langhe region in northern Italy: milk produced in the plains around Cuneo and the “Nocciola Piemonte IGP”. The cheese, with its slightly crumbly texture, is combined with hazelnut nibs and after forming, is pressed gently and left to rest until it is turned for the first time. It is, then, massaged every week to enhance the flavour of the two products.
INGREDIENTS: MILK, "NOCCIOLA PIEMONTE IGP" nibs 1,6 %, salt, "NOCCIOLA PIEMONTE IGP" oil 0.5%, rennet, milk enzymes, treated in rind with sunflower seed oil.
TYPE OF MILK: cow’s milk.
MILK PROCESSING: pasteurised.
AGEING: minimum 50 days.
AVAILABILITY: all year.
