Misto pecora capra

Cheese produced with mixed pasteurized milk (approx. 60% sheep's milk and 30% goat's milk), pressed not cooked. The external rind has a hazelnut colour, is very rough and has a special design. Inside, the cheese is white, almost straw-yellow, with no holes. Offers an intense flavour, perfect when paired with fresh seasonal fruit.

 

INGREDIENTS: goat's milk, sheep's milk, salt, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: sheep's milk/goat's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized.

RIPENING: minimum 30 days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
