This cheese is made from pasteurised cow’s milk. It is an acidic cheese with a crumbly consistency which has been enriched with slices of black truffle. The combination of the slight acidity of the cheese and the unmistably luxurious aroma of the truffle makes for an intense yet balanced flavour.

MILK TYPE: cow’s milk.
MILK TEATMENT: pasteurisation.
MATURATION: a minimum of 50 days.
