Foralp is made with pasteurized cow's milk. It is a soft and compact cheese with sparse, almost nonexistent holes. A cheese with a sweet flavour, excellent when natural but also ideal for use in cooking, when melted or to dress warm dishes.
INGREDIENTS: milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.
TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.
MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized.
RIPENING: minimum 20 days.
