Soft cheese made with raw cow's milk. Soft to the touch, slightly elastic, with small holes unevenly distributed throughout the cheese. The addition of organic chilli offers intense and strong flavour. As it is slightly spicy, chilli Tometta can be served as an aperitif.

 

INGREDIENTS: organically farmed milk, organic chilli, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: raw.

RIPENING: minimum 50 days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
