Our family boasts a long history in the cheese and dairy sector. The butter and cheeses we produce are the fruit of more than 80 years of experience, using recipes handed down from generation to generation. In a constant effort to improve our production methods without altering the processing techniques that characterise our products, our goal is to bring quality butter and cheeses to the tables of our customers, all produced using artisan techniques just the way we were taught by tradition.
1930
Grandpa Pietro and Grandma Genia begin to transform the milk produced in their small farming company into Emmental and Nostrali, typical cheeses of the region in that period.
1943
In addition to typical cheeses, the production of butter begins. This is thanks to Giovanni, the son of Pietro and Genia, who decides to carry on his parents' passion.
1956
To support Giovanni, Gemma, his future wife enters the company. For more than 30 years, she manages the company store in piazza Santarosa in Savigliano.
1975
Anna Maria, the daughter of Giovanni and Gemma, begins to take her first steps in the company: she initially helps out at the store, then with the company's management.
1986
The continuous increase in requests and the limited space available in the family farmstead, lead the Sepertino family to move the company to Marene. Anna Maria and her husband Mario decided to modernise the creamery, a production department in continuous growth.
2011
Gabriele, the son of Anna Maria and Mario enters the company, expanding and modernising the entire production system.
2013
The production of cheeses using organically farmed raw milk begins, alongside the vast range of conventional cheeses.
