Seirass is a cow's milk ricotta with the addition of sheep's milk and a small percentage of cream. It is a fresh product with no rind. The white coloured cheese is soft and delicate. With a sweet and refreshing taste, it is perfect when paired with a mostarda or fruit preserve.
