Robiola di Roccaverano is a DOP Italian cheese, which can only be made with goat's milk, goat's and cow's milk, goat's and sheep's milk. A fresh cheese, soft, moist and adhesive; during the first days of ripening the rind is nonexistent, or only shows the beginning of a white blooming. Whether fresh or ripened, it denotes sensational aromas. Perfect as a delicious aperitif.
