Pirottino di capra

Fresh cheese made with pasteurized goat's milk. The rind is soft, thin and rough, and a white mould tends to develop during ripening. The cheese is moist, soft and elastic, white coloured, with small, evenly distributed holes. Thanks to its aromatic features, it can be perfectly eaten in its pure form, even by those who aren't necessarily lovers of goat's cheese.

 

INGREDIENTS: goat's milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: goat's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized.

RIPENING: few days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
