A soft cheese ready for consumption made from pasteurised cow and goat’s milk. The cheese is made in an attractive parallelogram shape. During maturation, Lingot develops a white bloom on the rind. Lingot has a delicate flavour that intensifies with maturation.
INGREDIENTS: pasteurised cow’s MILK, pasteurised goat’s MILK, salt, lactobacteria, rennet.
MILK TYPES: cow and goat’s milk.
MILK TREATMENT: pasteurisation.
MATURATION: 15-20 days.
