Dolcebianco

A soft cheese made from pasteurised goat’s milk. A soft, creamy cheese with an attractive white to pale yellow colour. During maturation, Dolcebianco develops a soft white bloom of mould on its rind that enhances the cheese’s delicate and rounded flavour. It can be matched with many dishes and is also delicious eaten by itself at the end of any meal.

INGREDIENTS: goat’s milk, rennet, salt, lactobacteria.

MILK TYPE: goat’s milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurisation.

MATURATION: a few days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.

ALLERGY WARNING: do not consume if allergic to milk or milk products.
