Barbabianca

A pasteurized cow's milk cheese. Externally presents a bloomy rind, whilst inside the cheese is soft and compact, with a white colour tending towards straw-yellow.  Thanks to its sweet and delicate flavour, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

 

INGREDIENTS: milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.

TYPE OF MILK: cow's milk.

MILK TREATMENT: pasteurized.

RIPENING: few days.

AVAILABILITY: all year.
